**Because this is a private suite, please do not bring extra people with you.

**As much as we love the kids unfortunately this is not a service you can attend to them at, because of the need to be lying down with your eyes closed for the entire time you are receiving service. Please do not bring kids for this reason.

**PLEASE BE ON TIME**. We will allow a 7 minute grace period for VOLUME NEW SETS. We want each of our clients to receive the very best quality of service. Being more than 8 minutes late we can not quarantee your appointment will not go over into another clients appointment. You will be cancelled after 15 minutes with an option to rebook with the same deposit you paid. **HYBRID grace period is 7 minutes. Failure to rebook within 24 hours results in your deposit being forfeited and you must pay another deposit to reschedule. **If you have an emergency please text/call 469.367.8763 to notify LaDonna**

**The deposit is $25 dollars** FOR MOST SERVICES.... HOWEVER FOR CLASSES, VOLUMES AND MEGA VOLUMES DEPOSIT IS $50+Deposits are made through the PayPal. Deposit applies towards your service.

**DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE**

Remaining amount for service will be due after your service has been rendered.

Be sure to arrive with clean lashes... Free of debris, oil or makeup. **If your lashes are dirty or need to be cleaned you will be charged a $15 lash bath fee when you pay your remaining balance. Having to clean unclean lashes adds time to your appointment which could possibly run into another clients time** If you want a lash bath please select it as an add on when booking.

**If there is no time for the service you want on a specific date you'll have to choose another day.

**The service you book for will be the service you receive. You can ONLY UPGRADE services. No downgrades available once booked. ***********************Prices will increase Jan 1,2022 Please be advise!!! Hybrids will be $110 and refills will be $50 and Volume prices will be $140 and refills $75! Understand that if you book for a refill and need a full set, you will be charged for a full set!!!
